Ordering and Delivery Information


New Zealand Post is the method that we will send your order to you. It is tracked, with a charge of $7.00 for two items or less, $12.00 for 3 or more items, with an extra charge of $4.00 for rural addresses and for South Island (for orders under $150) NZ wide excluding Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, Stewart Island, and the Chatham Islands. Orders over $150 will be delivered free of charge (excluding areas outlined above), this only applies to purchases made within New Zealand. Note additional charges apply for larger items.  For obtaining the available pricing for GBI, WI, Stewart Is and Chatham Is. Please, contact us on email or by phone.

*All purchases made by international customers will be charged for delivery outside of New Zealand, please enquire.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to send out your order, once it has come into our premises, within 3-4 working days. However some remote and rural areas may take a little longer.  Items that are not in stock, and/or are being made specifically for your order can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered to our warehouse. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us. If you have had information that your order is on its way to you and it is slow arriving please let us know and we will track your parcel.

When ordering please specify a physical delivery address as NZ Couriers does not deliver to PO Boxes.

If you are not going to be at the delivery address when our courier calls and you would like the parcel to be left, please note this and the location for the parcel to be left, in the ‘comments’ part of the delivery info, when ordering.

*INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do ship orders overseas. Please contact us at [email protected]  for a quote before placing an order. International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.


PRICING
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%. Top Dogs NZ Ltd reserves the right to change pricing anytime at their discretion and without prior notice.

CURRENCY
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card/debit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by credit card or debit card you can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

ASSISTANCE with your order
If for any reason you require some extra information prior to purchasing online we can assist you if you call us between our online office hours. In the case of special orders, you may wish to contact us before ordering for special sizing. Our office hours, online store are 10.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday. FAULTY ITEMS
Top Dogs NZ Ltd thoroughly checks all products before they are sent out. If, however you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately/ if we have it in stock. You will need to return the faulty item to us so please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date so we can organise your replacement for this faulty product.  On receiving the item back into our premises, we will refund the cost of return postage.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Ordering for specific sizes when the goods are made for you, Top Dogs NZ Ltd does not take responsibility for incorrect ordering information.

Top Dogs NZ Ltd shall not be held responsible for the way in which the Customer uses the goods once they have been delivered. The Customer shall ensure that they care for the goods correctly and ensure that they read and understand any instructions before using the goods.

If the goods are made from natural materials such as leather, they may contain natural variations in texture or colour; for the avoidance of doubt, such natural variations shall not be considered defective. If the goods are hand stitched, hand edged or hand dyed, there may be some slight variation because of the individuality of the production method; for the avoidance of doubt, this variability shall not be considered as defective.

CODES & COUPONS
Codes and Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with an existing promotion to receive a further discount on your purchase. If for example you have a code or coupon that entitles you to a discount on a particular product, if that product is already reduced you will not be able to use the code to receive a further reduction in price.

PRIVACY POLICY
Top Dogs NZ Ltd is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and privacy of your information. We respect your privacy and only use the information you provide to fulfil your order. With your permission, we collect your email address to keep you up to date with offers and promotions, and to confirm your order. We do not keep credit card details after a purchase has been made.
